Mirca is situated on the northern side of the island of Brac, about 3 kilometers from Supetar. In this small village there are around 300 inhabitants, whose main occupations are growing fruit, olives and vineyards. Mirca was mentioned for the first time in 1579, when the church Gospa od Pohoda was built. In the second half of the 19th century it was upgraded. This small village shall make an ideal destination for guests who want to spend their vacation in the quiet, rural environment, with extremely beautiful nature and lean sea. Hospitable locals will offer you local meat and fish specialities, and the accomodation can be found in one of the apartments or rooms. We recommend you to visit other places on this magnificent island – Supetar, Sumartin,  Splitska , Selca, Povlja, Postira, Pucisca, Milna, Bol, Murvica, Sutivan and Nerezisca.
